Refund policy

At Votrix, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, sale items, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at mjwrbdallhfdlkhmyssyd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos at mjwrbdallhfdlkhmyssyd@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
